The Harbin Planning Exhibition Hall is located in the Daoli District, near Central Street, Saint Sophia Church and the Songhua River. The museum, which opened in 2013, contains three floors of interactive exhibits.

The first floor is dedicated to the history of Harbin, displaying photos from throughout Harbin’s history, and explaining the city’s history of trade and development. The museum has interactive exhibits detailing the development of the city’s unique culture, architecture, transportation and more.
